Visible migration ; 2 Gadwall, 14 Common Scoter north, 1 Turtle Dove 1, 1 Swift, 10 Swallow, 5 House Martin, 2 Goldfinch.
Grounded migrants ; 2 Cuckoo, 12 House Martin, 1 Garden Warbler, 1 Blackcap, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Red-backed Shrike at the Point.
Seabirds ; 4 Fulmar, 18 Gannet, 9 Kittiwake, 1 Auk sp.
General ; A second-summer AUDOUIN’S GULL was seen and photographed at Beacon Ponds where it was watched for c.25 minutes before flying off west and not relocated. The first record for Yorkshire and only the second for the UK.
