From 1810 till 1910 documentary evidence is not complete, but there is evidence that can be authenticated of 540 service launches saving 760 lives. Also 30 entire crews saved where it does not state how many people where involved. 

From 1910 to 1977. 357 launches where 490 lives where saved.

In 1965 there was a inshore Lifeboat stationed at Spurn It launched 4 times with no lives saved.
